Front Hat

In Front Hat, you play as a hat who is trying to escape from its owner after he tried to twist you backward!

The game jam's theme was "Can't Go Back", so gameplay consists of the hat trying to ride the wind that dynamically changes direction at random, while avoiding procedurally generated obstacles. You are allowed to move along the wind's direction as well as side-to-side, but you can't go back against the wind or you will slow down and get caught! The goal of the game is to last as long as you can without hitting any obstacles or going back.

Team submission for McGill Game Jam 2020.
